Application:

It is suitable for wire single layer concentrical wrapping of transparent tape, mica tape, mylar,aluminium etc.

Description:

1. Powere:1HP+1HP frequency control motor, maximum speed 1800rpm/min

2. Concentric wrapping,inform us the size of pay-off & take-up rack in written form when deliver, max & min (80*300 width)

3. INOVANCE frequency control machine , available to adjust the traction speed of tape-covering to change wrapping pitch.

 

4. φ300 double aluminum wheels draw, inductive counting metre

5. Adapt to supplied wire diameter , 0.8~6.0mm single wire or twisting line

 

6. Fixed 8-15mm(width) aluminum foil punch tape malar,mica and other

 

7. The size of wrapping belt package : 2508~15 width

13.φ30 light leveraged cable , availble to adjust row spacing, row increases

15Drive structure: high speed with triangle belt drive , medium & low speed with synchronous belt and single row roller chain

16.Drive the all and the one in addition to shield

 

17.Sigle wrapping , pay-off on the left , take-up on the right ; the structure is in reason and looking fine outside
